Stock levels for each product on our website is monitored by our accounting system.

When information is uploaded from our accounting system to our website the stock levels of all products are also updated.

As purchases are made through our website stock obviously decreases, therefore stock levels become less accurate as time progresses from the last update, hence stock levels are estimates only.

When you click on one of the drop down boxes to view prices on the different sizes of cards, a line that is currently out of stock will have the text "2 - 5 days delivery" added to the description, this is because if you ordered that item it would be back ordered for you. At best that adds an extra day to the length of time you'll get the item. At worst it could be 5 days.

In the very small percentage of cases were our suppliers aren't forthcoming with your back order we'll contact you to update you on the situation on the 5th day

Post and Packing

Orders can be sent either by the Royal Mail or UPS Courier. All prices below include VAT.

Orders up to £14.99 can be sent via 1st class standard at a cost of just £1.00.

Orders up to £49.99 can be sent via 1st class recorded at a cost of £2.00.

Orders up to £500 can be sent via Special Delivery £6.00.

UPS Next Day (before 5pm) Courier service costs for £8.80.

Please exclude weekend and bank holidays when estimating when your order will arrive.

If the Friday and Monday were bank holidays for example (e.g. Easter in England) your order would only be sent on the following Tuesday meaning you should receive it Wednesday.

Please note we are not responsible for the Postal System, and sometimes Royal Mail 1st Class items do not arrive the next day.

Secure Payments

We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards.

Credit or Debit Card:
After you have completed entering your address details you can choose to pay using Credit or Debit Card. This payment will be taken by Secure Trading on our behalf who are level 1 PCI Compliant for managing and processing credit card data.

PayPal:
After you have completed entering your address details you can choose to pay using PayPal. You will be re-directed to PayPal’s secure site to log into your PayPal account, and from there payment will be taken.

PayPal Express:
You can press the PayPal button which will be visible during the checkout process, your address details will be taken from your PayPal account, hence reducing the amount of typing you have to do!

Our website takes your card details over a secure encrypted connection, technically referred to as Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

If you have ordered from us you will be automatically be subscribed to the mailing list.

You can unsubscribe at anytime by entering your email address in the form below, then following the instructions to unsubsribe.

We'd appreciate it if you'd let us know you do not wish to receive any emails from us by using the unsubscribe buttons rather than reporting our emails as junk.

The nature of our business means we have to send emails for the purpose of sending your invoice, or any delays with your order. If you report our news email as junk and you place an order with us at a later date your invoice/receipt and order confirmation emails etc maybe blocked by your email provider.

To avoid this happening, please use the unsubscribe option above, this will stop any news emails being sent to you, but you will still receive the emails you need, such as your invoice/receipt.

We do not pass on your details to any other company.

We only store your name, address and email for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not store your payment details. These are stored by either PayPal or Secure Trading, depending how you paid. Our P3P policy reflects these attributes for use with your browser privacy settings.
